Open to all levels, with variations to match your experience—whether you’re here to finesse your flow or unleash your fiercest self, this course is all about bold, unapologetic choreography ✨💦

We are excited to be hosting a guest workshop with @micah.poleartist at The Pole Gym Sunday 23 February! @micah.poleartist is a national, international and world champion in floorwork, having placed in and won awards in a number of competitions, including overall best floorwork (2 years running!) at Exotic Generation Worlds.

HYPNOTIC FLOW WORKSHOP
Learn a stunning low-flow pole choreography by Micah that will build your confidence in transitioning from dancing with the pole to floorwork. Think fluid movements that are bound to leave anyone watching desiring more. Plus she'll give you some tips to elegantly elevate your lines and floor tricks (including kips!) throughout the routine. Heels and kneepads recommended.

Our last performance night had it all—elegance, surprises, and some seriously show-stopping routines!
Soul Pole once again proved why it’s a crowd favorite, bringing stunning, creative movement and pure emotion to the stage. Every performance tells a story, and this one had us all captivated.
Meanwhile, the Men’s Pole routine took things to the next level with a Mission Impossible theme, packed with high-energy tricks and action-movie-worthy moves. Talk about adrenaline!
